So, whether its post holes, holes for fencing, signposts, post frame buildings, foundation footings, light and utility poles, our augers will make light work of it and ensure that every job you tackle a resounding success.
Augers are available with all major standard hubs on the market including: 2” 2.5”, 3” and 4” Hex, 50mm, 2” and 65mm round plus 57mm, 75mm, 100mm, 110mm and 130mm square to name a but a few!
We know that our augers can expect a tough life, so we only use the highest-grade steel and vary our tube size according to machine size and application. Our augers have a reputation of being the toughest on the market.
By working with and more importantly listening to operators in the field, we have developed the perfect pitch for our flights, ensuring the spoil will stay on your auger when you remove it from the hole, giving you maximum efficiency on the job.
Our boring heads are designed with a constant spiral cut. Teeth are located so that each makes its own fresh cut on every revolution and are angled to direct spoil towards the centre of the auger. The tooth cutting angle ensures spoil is broken up thoroughly to avoid any clogging.
Our augers are offered with many different tooth and pilot options to you suit your specific need. For example, in the S4 range we offer up to eight different combinations and we have the know-how to help you select the optimal configuration.
The patented Auger Torque shock Lock™ tooth locking system makes losing teeth a thing of the past. The shock lock pin and rubber in our unique shock lock tooth holders ensures your auger teeth are safely locked in place and protected against shock fractures. Replacing worn teeth is simple, just knock out the old pin with a standard hole punch and the tooth will slide out of the holder with ease. You will never need to worry about fitting spare teeth due to losing them again.
After many requests from customers for an auger & screw pile drive in the 100,000-150,000 Nm range over the years we are pleased to meet this demand by adding this new heavy duty earth drill range we are proud to paint in our famous blue colour. Large main shaft bearings, a 1 piece drive shaft with NDS technology, an axial piston motor and finally the oversize 150mm HEX drive shaft will make this your drive of choice. When the going gets tough, whether you are drilling wide or deep or you are trying to get through some rock with a core barrel this range of drives you should be top of your list.
The driveshaft is crucial for reliability and it goes without saying that the bigger the better applies here. A shaft is always stronger when machined as a hex and the 150mm diameter is the largest in the industry, especially when looking at compatibility on machine as small as 21T.
Axial Piston Motors allow us to run a single speed motor. By using an axial piston motor with our drive we can have a high speed motor but still achieve high torques through the gearbox multiplication. At maximum flow we achieve 15 rpm.
As standard with all of our auger & screw pile drives, our patented single-piece non-dislodgement shaft is of course a standard feature. We are so confident in this must have safety feature that we are covering it with a lifetime warranty.

Performance is increased due to the precise positioning of the tooth, and the penetrative forces which can be found on the tooth cutting edge give improved productivity when cutting through hard ground and fractured rock. The increase in force, fractures the substrates into large pieces bringing them to the surface at an increased rate compared to traditional cutting heads. The hard rock auger comes with multiple hub options, and is made from the highest grade steel to ensure it will stand the toughest of applications and terrain.
Hard rock augers are available in 2 popular sizes, 75mm and 110mm square.
The hard rock auger range will be used for the toughest of applications, and therefore we only use the highest-grade steel and vary our size according to machine size and application.
By working with and listening to operators feedback, we have developed the perfect pitch for our flights. It will cut at its maximum efficiency and most importantly the spoil will stay on the cutting head whilst you remove it from the hole.
Our cutting heads are designed with a constant spiral cut. Teeth are located so that each tooth makes its own fresh cut on every revolution and are angled to direct spoil towards the centre of the cutting head. The tooth cutting angle ensures spoil is broken up thoroughly to avoid any clogging.
The hard rock augers are offered with our rotating rock tooth and pilot to suit your hard rock needs.
